Ceramic Fibre Modules
Request the technical datasheet by email.

Modules prepared from ceramic fiber blanket are installed using anchoring systems suited to the furnace lining. Their modular structure simplifies installation on furnace walls and roofs.
Catalog information
The catalog specifies classification temperatures of 1260°C and 1430°C, a density range of 160–192 kg/m³ and manufacturing to requested dimensions.
Selecting Ceramic Fiber Modules
To select a furnace lining module, share the wall or roof dimensions, operating temperature and anchoring details.
Applications
Industrial furnaces, glass and ceramic plants, iron and steel plants, thermal power stations and petrochemical plants. Product suitability is assessed according to application conditions.
Information to provide for a quotation
Furnace dimensions, operating temperature, module dimensions, density and anchoring details. You may also send a technical drawing or application photograph, if available.

Applications using this product
Folded and stacked module systems
Modular linings are based on joining preformed fiber layers to create a system on furnace walls or roofs. Folded and stacked arrangements are available. Module type is selected according to furnace geometry, operating temperature and replacement requirements during maintenance.
The importance of anchors and joints
Anchor material, module orientation and joint details are as important as fiber grade. Gaps between modules and installation compression are determined according to the manufacturer's system drawing. A lining must not be selected solely by module dimensions without considering gas velocity, atmosphere and temperature cycles.
Checking the technical data sheet and product grade
Classification temperature is not continuous operating temperature. The current technical data sheet and safety data sheet for the product to be supplied take precedence. Thermal conductivity and shrinkage values are assessed together with test conditions.
