Grade 304 embossed stainless steel
For integral insulation applications in exhaust systems, we offer grade 304 embossed stainless steel, 0.10 mm thick material. Requests for production in specified lengths can be considered.
The embossed surface is formed using special pressing techniques. The embossed pattern and surface structure are assessed according to application requirements; thermal and acoustic insulation performance depends on the insulation material and the system as a whole.
Underlying insulation materials, adhesives and high-temperature tapes
Our products also include underlying insulation materials, insulation adhesive and high-temperature insulation tapes for integral exhaust insulation applications. Selection of the insulation layer, adhesive and tape beneath metal cladding is assessed according to operating temperature, surface structure and installation conditions.
