Aerogel paint application on roofs with solar panels
Aerogel-based heat-reflective coatings may be considered on suitable roof surfaces where solar panels are installed to reduce solar heating. The coating is applied to the roof surface; it is not applied to panel glass or cells.
Selecting a coating suitable for the roof surface
Product compatibility for metal, profiled sheet metal, concrete or existing coated roofs is checked against the technical data sheet. Surface cleaning, required primer, consumption and coating thickness are determined according to the selected coating system. Panel layout, access areas, roof drainage and existing waterproofing are assessed before application.
Quotation for roofs with solar panels
Share roof area, surface type and photographs showing panel layout. Suitable products and application quantities are clarified using this information. Panel efficiency gains, temperature reductions or energy savings percentages are not guaranteed without site measurements.
