At Asya Endüstriyel, we have been importing and exporting high-temperature insulation products since 2009. We offer product supply and custom manufacturing solutions for the insulation needs of industrial furnaces, hot equipment and production lines.

In Ataşehir, Istanbul, from our own building, we continue to serve customers with over 5,000 m² of storage and production space. Our facility brings together product stocks, order preparation and manufacturing capabilities. With our established address, direct contact channels and many years of foreign trade experience, we value being an accessible business partner for our customers.

Our product portfolio includes industrial insulation materials such as ceramic fiber, fire-resistant technical fabrics, calcium silicate, rock wool, aerogel and insulating bricks. When selecting products, we assess not only temperature ratings but also application, dimensions, density, mechanical conditions and installation method together.

Stock, custom manufacturing and preparation to requirements

We prepare stocked products for dispatch according to dimensions and quantity, and assess cutting, processing and manufacturing requests for special requirements. Our capabilities include in-house cutting and sizing of ceramic fiber gaskets and application-specific preparation of ceramic fiber retainers and washers according to insulation thickness.

We can manufacture custom products for your high-temperature insulation requirements. Sharing a technical drawing, sample photograph or application dimensions with your request helps us clarify product and manufacturing details.

Transparent quotations and direct communication

We base quotations on product type, operating temperature, dimensions and order quantity. We share current stock, lead time and any custom manufacturing details at the quotation stage. Assessing technical product properties together with application conditions is the basis of correct material selection.
