Rock Wool
Rock wool is a type of insulation material used for thermal insulation and fire safety purposes in industrial facilities, process equipment, and steel structural constructions.
Areas of Application
The fire-resistant property of rock wool industrial panels enables their use in insulation for heat, sound, and fire protection at very high temperatures. Once attached to the smooth surfaces using mounting pins, the panels can be covered with a sheet cladding or placed between a structural frame created on the surface for installation. Furthermore, the panels can also be used in pre-made panel applications. They are produced in two different specifications: SL 1 and SL 2.
